Tenders Are Invited For 25670 Transport Orders For The 2027 State Election

The City Of Cologne (Client) Is Publicly Tendering The Services For The Transport Of Voting Furniture And Voting Cases For The Implementation Of The 2027 State Election To A Company (Contractor) From The Time The Contract Is Awarded (Start Of Communication) Until May 3Rd, 2027. The Order Is Awarded By Way Of Overall Award. The Voting Furniture Includes Ballot Boxes, Table Voting Booths And Paper Bags (So-Called Janitor Bags). For The 2027 State Elections, A Total Of 503 Electoral Districts With The Same Number Of Voting Rooms Will Be Formed In The City Of Cologne, All Of Which Must Be Equipped With Voting Furniture. The 503 Voting Rooms Are Housed In Around 180 Voting Buildings. These Are Predominantly Municipal Schools And Public Administration Buildings. Voting Rooms Are Also Located In Parish Halls, Community Centers And Other Locations. Voting Cases Must Be Viewed Independently. The Election Will Take Place On April 25, 2027.
