New Street Urbanization.Given That, According To The Project, The Action Gives Continuity To The Comprehensive Project Of Environmental Recovery, Valorization And Tourist Activation Of The Historic Core Of Ginestar (Viure Al Poble +), Through Which The Council Renovated And Redeveloped Part Of The Old Core, And Aims To Adapt The Rest Of The Streets Of The Urban Core. Carrer Nou Is Part Of The Extension Of The Historic Center Of Ginestar; It Is An Already Urbanized Road And Has All The Urban Services, But Its Pavement And Service Networks Require Renovation. The Project Is Located On The Southern Part Of Carrer Nou, With An Intervention Area Of ​​343.48 M², And Proposes The Redevelopment Of The Street With A Single Platform More Suitable For Pedestrians. It Is Planned To Completely Demolish The Pavement And Sub-Base Of The Road And The Formation Of A Single Platform Finished With 20X40x8 Cm Concrete Slabs Placed In Spikes, In Continuity With The Existing Pavement Of The Adjoining Streets. Likewise, The Renovation Of The Sanitation Network, A New Rainwater Collection Network (Temporarily Connected To The Sanitation), The Renovation Of The Drinking Water Network And The Existing Connections, The Placement And Undergrounding Of The Telecommunications Network, The Renovation Of Public Lighting With Luminaires Are Foreseen
