The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation For The Modernization Of The D-1 Agh Building For The Needs Of Users, Along With The Thermal Modernization Of Building Partitions. The Order Will Also Include Authors Supervision And Transfer Of Copyrights To The Prepared Documentation. The Subject Of The Design Study Is The D-1 Agh Building, Consisting Of Two Functionally Related Parts: The Newer Part (Chocolate) And The Older Part. These Parts Form One Teaching Facility Located On Plot No. 19/47, District 12, Part Of The Agh Building Complex. The Building Together With The Educational Center (U-2) Forms The Frontage Of Ul. Reymont. From The West, East And North, The Facility Is Adjacent To Other Teaching Buildings Of The Agh Campus. The Facility Is Connected To The Road System Via An Adjacent Internal Road Running On Its Western Side. The Newer Part (Chocolate) Is A 6-Story Building With A Height Of 21.88 M, While The Older Part Is A 4-Story Building With A Basement, Approximately 12.6 M High. The Building Contains Rooms Lecture Rooms And Laboratories (Including A Reverberation And Anechoic Chamber), As Well As Administrative, Office, Social, Utility, Sanitary And Technical Rooms. The Project Implementation Will Include 3 Stages: 1) Stage I - Development Of The Concept And Development Of The Estimated Cost Estimate Of The Investment2) Stage Ii - Development Of A Multi-Discipline Technical Design Along With Bills Of Quantities, Cost Estimates And Stwiorb3) Stage Iii - Carrying Out Authors Supervision As Part Of The Developed Documentation During The Implementation Of Construction Works
