Maintaining Cleanliness In The Rooms Where The Ward Most Often Stays, Preparing Meals Taking Into Account The Wards Diet Or Delivering Them (E.G. From The Canteen), Making Purchases, Including Groceries, Helping The Ward In Dealing With His/Her Affairs In All Institutions And Offices, Maintaining The Wards Contacts With Neighbors, Keeping The Wards Company During Walks, Taking Care Of The Wards Individual Interests, Washing The Wards Bed Linen And Personal Underwear, Ensuring The Physical Condition Of The Ward. Assistance In Daily Hygiene, Care Of The Patient Based On The Doctors Recommendations, Including Basic Nursing And Medical Procedures: Administration Of Oral Medications, Insulin Injections, Changing Dressings, Including Care Of Wounds And Bedsores, Improving Movement Of The Upper And Lower Limbs (Contractures), Feeding Or Assistance With Feeding.2. Specialized Care Services Provided In Accordance With Art. 50 Section 4, 7 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance, As Well As On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialized Care Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816). Specialized Care Services Should Be Understood As Services Tailored To The Specific Needs Resulting From The Type Of Disease Or Disability. They Are Provided By People With Specialized Professional Training In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Above-Mentioned Regulation. Approximate Number Of Hours Per Year: 1) Care Services - 6,000 (Including 150 On Days Off From Work) 2) Specialized Services (Including Rehabilitation) - 150 (Including 50 On Days Off From Work).
