The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity, Sale Of Electricity From Renewable Energy Sources Along With The Trade Balancing Service To The Facilities Of The Silesian Border Guard Branch In Racibórz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Required Energy Market Processes Necessary To Start Selling Electricity To The Ordering Partys Ppe, In Particular The Process Of Changing The Supplier, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations Of The Operation Of Csire/Oire And The Relevant Dso. The Ordering Party Will Provide All Data Necessary For The Procedure Of Changing The Supplier To The Contractor With Whom The Contract For The Supply Of Electricity Will Be Signed And Will Grant The Necessary Power Of Attorney In This Respect. The Contractor Must Have A Valid General Distribution Agreement Concluded With The Local Distribution System Operator (Dso), Based On Which It May Sell Electricity Through The Distribution Network Of This Dso To All Indicated Facilities Of The Ordering Party.
