4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Łukowa Commune In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027.4.2.The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection, Transport And Management (In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy) Of Municipal Waste In A Manner Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Preparation And Recycling Of Municipal Waste And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 888, As Amended).
