The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Modernization Of The Road And Street Lighting System In The Brzozów Commune In The Design And Build Formula. The Order Is Implemented By Variant Iii (Optimal Variant) Specified In The Energy Efficiency Audit Of The Lighting Infrastructure Of The Brzozów Commune. This Variant Includes The Modernization Of Fixtures Owned By The Brzozów Commune And Fixtures Installed On The Property Of Pge Dystrybucja S.A. (Based On The Concluded Agreement On The Use Of Real Estate For Construction Purposes). The Main Objective Of The Investment Is: 1) Reducing Electricity Consumption By At Least 73% (From 1,313,682.5 Kwh/Year To Approx. 351,919.8 Kwh/Year).2) Reducing The Actual Installed Power Of The System From 316.55 Kw To A Maximum Of 100.75 Kw (With The Power Of The Designed Luminaires Not Exceeding 73 Kw).3) Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Conditions Of Connection To The Network And In The Eu Commission Regulation No. 1194/2012 Of December 12, 2012 And Adapting The Lighting Parameters Of Roads And Pedestrian Routes In The Commune To The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13201:2016 Standard.4) Reduction Of Light Pollution (Ulor Coefficient = 0) And Reduction Of Co2 Emissions By Approximately 574 Tons Per Year.5) Achieving At Least The Following Effects Ecological:• Reduction In Energy Consumption/Energy Savings By 961.76 Mwh/Year• Reduction In Energy Demand By 3,462.35 Gj/Year• Reduction In Dust Emissions By 0.0135 Mg/Year, So2 By 0.3492 Mg/Year, Nox By 0.3770 Mg/Year, Co By 0.2135 Mg/Year, Co2 By 574.17 Mg/Yearthe Investment Includes A Full Implementation Cycle In The Design And Build Formula.
