1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Transport Equipment In The Form Of An Agricultural Tractor With A Trailer - A Water Tanker For Transporting Drinking Water. 2. The Subject Of The Order Cannot Be A Prototype, The Year Of Production Should Not Be Older Than 2024, And It Must Meet The Standards And Legal Regulations In Force In Poland, It Must Be Brand New, The Year Of Production Consistent With The Year Of Delivery Of The Vehicle, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects. 3. The Task Is Implemented Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.4.
