The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Reserve Water Supply Source For The Surgical Department Of The District Hospital In Sławno - Stage I (Reserve Domestic Supply), Consisting In The Construction Of A Hydrophore Station In The Existing Basement Room P.30 Of The Hospital Building At Ul. 1 Pułku Ułanów 9 In Sławno (Plot No. 54/2, Precinct No. 11), Including Construction Preparation Of The Room, Installation Of Devices And Installations Necessary For Safe Operation. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Emptying And Preparation Of Room P.30, Controlled Disassembly And Reconstruction Of Conflicting Installations Indicated In The Design Documentation; 2) Repairs Of Partitions And Floors, Construction Of A Foundation For The Tank, Fire Protection Separation Of The Room (Rei 120 Walls, Ei 60 Doors) And Protection Of Installation Passages; 3) Delivery And Installation Of A Storage Tank For Water Intended For Human Consumption With A Usable Capacity Of Not Less Than 20 M³, With Level Settings Ensuring A Living Reserve Of Not Less Than 6.0 M³;4) Delivery And Installation Of A Hydrophore Set (2 Pumps: 1 Working And 1 Reserve; Q = 7.2 M³/H, H = 45 M), Adapted For Target Operation, Including - After Completing Stage Ii - In Fire Protection Mode;5) Construction Of A Tank Filling System Made Of Ø90 Pe Pipes With A Water Meter And A Filter Mechanical, Electrovalve And Backflow Protection;6) Construction Of Stainless Steel Technological Pipelines, Fittings, Domestic Water Meter, Uv Disinfection Device With A Service Bypass And Pump Test System;7) Construction Of An Overflow, Drain, Floor Inlet And Water Discharge To The Sanitary Sewage System, Mechanical Ventilation, Air Drying And Anti-Condensation Insulation;8) Construction Of Electrical, Automation, Control And Control Installations Alarm Signaling For The Domestic Function Along With Reserves For Stage Ii;9) Carrying Out Tests, Rinsing, Disinfection, Water Quality Tests, Commissioning, Training Of The Employers Staff And As-Built Documentation.
