1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The City Hall Building In Radków.1.1. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: 1) Dismantling The Existing Floor And Removing The Existing Ceiling Filling, Including Plaster And Loose Materials, 2) Insulating The Ceiling Under The Unheated Attic With Mineral Wool, 3) Making The Upper Finish/Floor Made Of Osb Boards And Making The Lower Ceiling Covering With Two Layers Of Gkf Boards, 4) Replacing The Existing Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Saving Led Fixtures.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annexes To Swz.2.1. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Entire Project And Stwiorb So That During Implementation There Are No Discrepancies Regarding The Construction Of The Facility Itself In Terms Of Quality, Quantity, Adopted Technical Solutions And The Value Of The Entire Investment Specified In The Offer. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Facility And Familiarize Himself With The Issues Of The Task Before Submitting An Offer.
