Jana Kazimierza 291 A, 05-126 Stanisławów Trzeci.3.The Scope Of Building Works Includes, Among Others: Demolition, Demolition And Dismantling, Punching Holes In Walls And Ceilings, Construction Of Foundations And Foundation Walls, Erection Of A Steel Structure Of Columns, Assembly Of Sandwich Walls, Roof Covering, Installation Of Windows And Doors, Furnishing Of Rooms, Construction Of Electrical Installations, Construction Of Sanitary Installations. 4. Construction Works Are Covered By The Following Design Documentation Constituting Annexes To The Swz:1) Site Development Design (Annex No. 10),2) Architectural Technical Design (Annex No. 11),3) Technical Construction Design (Annex No. 12),4) Technical Design - Is (Annex No. 13),5) Technical Design - Ie (Annex No. 14),6) Detailed Design - Architecture (Annex No. 15),7) Detailed Design – Structure (Appendix No. 16),8) Is Detailed Design (Appendix No. 17),9) Ie Detailed Design (Appendix No. 18),10) Bill Of Quantities For The Construction Industry (Appendix No. 19),11) Bill Of Quantities For The Electrical Industry (Appendix No. 20),12) Bill Of Quantities For The Sanitary Industry (Appendix No. 21),13) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Appendix No. 22).5.In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Annexes To The Swz, The Following Hierarchy Of Validity Of Documents Is Adopted: 1) Detailed Design, 2) Technical Design, 3) Construction Design, 4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 5) Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary). 5. The Warranty Period For Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Order And For Materials Delivered And Installed By The Contractor Is A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final, Fault-Free Acceptance Or The Date Of Removal Of Defects/Faults Found During Acceptance. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For A Period Corresponding To The Warranty Granted.6.Proposing A Warranty For Construction Works Longer Than 36 Months In The Offer Will Be Additionally Scored In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Xxiv Description Of Offer Evaluation Criteria, Along With The Weighting Of These Criteria And The Method Of Evaluation Of Offers. Proposing A Warranty Shorter Than 36 Months In The Offer Will Be Grounds For Rejection Of The Offer.7.Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, All Persons For The Duration Of The Contract Who Will Perform Activities Actually Related To The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. This Requirement Applies To Persons Who Perform Activities Directly Related To
