Skwierzynathe Scope Of The Basic Order Includes: - Partition Works, - Construction Works (Moisture-Proof Insulation, Concrete Screeds And Floors, Internal Plasters, Ceiling Cladding With Plasterboards, Double Painting Of Internal Surfaces), - Locksmith Works (Construction Of Gates And Wickets), - Earthworks (Construction Of Edges). Concrete, Manual Profiling, Aggregate Base, Making A Stone Pavement, Painting The Concrete Twice), Electrical Works (Dismantling Works, Installation Of Fixtures, Hydrogen Detectors), Installation Works (Construction Of A Section Of The Central Heating Network), Construction Of A Connection From Pre-Insulated Pipes.2.The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Include:• Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz;• Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz;• Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.3.Equivalent Solutions. 1) If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Order Documents Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. The Parameters Given In The Order Documents Should In Such A Case Be Treated As Minimum. 2) A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 3) If The Procurement Documents Contain References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.4) Any Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents And Place Of Origin Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Swz Are Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And Are Intended To Indicate Only The Quality And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Due To The Lack Of Other Sufficiently Precise Terms That Would Allow To Describe The Subject Of The Contract In This Part In An Unambiguous And Exhaustive Manner.4.Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems. 5.All Quality Standards Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Have Been Specified In The Documen
