Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of An Exploration And Appraisal Well For Thermal Waters In Zielonki Parcela Gt - 1

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of An Exploration And Appraisal Well For Thermal Waters Zielonki-Parcela Gt-1 In The Town Of Zielonki-Parcela. The Project Titled: Construction Of An Exploration And Appraisal Well For Thermal Waters Zielonki-Parcela Gt-1 In The Town Of Zielonki-Parcela Is Co-Financed By The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management Under The Priority Program Making Thermal Waters Available In Poland.2.As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Following Should Be Performed: Construction Works And Activities Specified In The Design Documentation, Decisions And Conditions, As Well As Auxiliary Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Conducting Surveying Services, Performing The Required Tests And Checks, Construction And Maintenance Of Construction Facilities, Making Connections To Utilities For The Purposes Of Construction And Incurring The Costs Of Their Consumption, Preparing The Necessary Documentation Regarding The Works Being Carried Out, Etc., As Well As Cleaning Works In The Area Where The Works Are To Be Carried Out. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Work In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Including All Decisions, Provisions, Arrangements And Conditions. If It Is Necessary To Occupy The Road Lane, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain From The Road Manager A Decision On The Occupation Of The Road Lane, Develop And Agree On A Traffic Organization Plan For The Duration Of Construction Works In The Road Lane.3.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Including: 1) Design Of Geological Works For The Construction Of An Exploration And Appraisal Well For Thermal Waters Zielonki-Parcela Gt-1 In The Town Of Zielonki-Parcela, Approved By The Decision Of The Marshal Of The Masovian Voivodeship, 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting An Integral Part Of The Contract, 3) Specification Of The Order Terms.
