3.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Entitled: Construction Of Ul. A. Fredry In Gdynia, Including Technical Infrastructure. 3.3.The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes: 3.3.1.Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The 1) Design Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party (Appendix No. 1.1), 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Appendix No. 1.2), 3) Instructions For The Execution Of Construction Works (Appendix 1.3), 4) Guidelines Developed By The City Gardeners Department (Appendix No. 1.4), And Taking Into Account The Instructions In Point 3.6 Of The Swz; 3.3.2., Respectively, Obtaining Effective Execution On Behalf Of The Employer Notification Of The Completion Of The Works Or Obtaining An Occupancy Permit From The Competent Construction Supervision Authority And Submitting To The Ordering Party A Document Confirming The Effectiveness Of The Notice Or Decision On The Occupancy Permit; The Contractor Shall Determine On His Own Which Parts Of The Subject Of The Order And Within What Period Require Obtaining Such A Permit Or Submitting A Notification. 3.4. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Execution Of Construction Works, Including: 3.5.1 1.2; 3.5.3. Instructions For Carrying Out Construction Works - Annex No. 1.3; 3.5.4. Guidelines Prepared By The City Gardeners Department - Annex 1.4; And The Ordering Partys Instructions Included In Point 3.6 Of Swz.3.6. Additionally, The Subject Of The Order Includes: 3.6.1 Drainage Of Excavations, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Agree With The Investors Supervision Before Starting The Works, 3.6.2. Securing And Restoring Detailed Horizontal And Vertical Geodetic Control Points, 3.6.3. Developing A Temporary Traffic Organization Project, Obtaining Its Approval And Obtaining Consent To Occupy The Road, 3.6.4. Development Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Project And Its Approval By The Traffic Organization Department Of The Investment Department Outdated Study For Use, 3.6.5. Implementation Of Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works, Its Maintenance For The Period Resulting From The Works Implementation Schedule And Invoicing, And Dismantling After This Period (The Materials From The Dismantling Are The Property Of The Contractor), 3.6.6.
