The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Diagnostics And Repairs Of Specialized Equipment (Combi-Steam Ovens And Industrial Dishwashers), In Accordance With The Requirements Specified And The Conditions For The Provision Of The Subject Of The Order Detailed In The Documentation Of The Ordered Party. Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order For The Service Of Diagnostics And Repair Of Specialized Equipment (Combi-Steam Ovens And Industrial Dishwashers) Diagnostics: Determining The Causes Of The Failure; Diagnosing Whether The Equipment/Device Is Suitable For Further Operation;  Indication Of The Scope Of The Repair, Preparation Of A Cost Estimate (Valuation) With Detailed Costs And Valuation Of Specific Parts To Be Repaired Along With Catalog Numbers;  Specifying The Number Of Hours Needed To Complete The Repair;  Waiting Time For The Service (Repair) To Be Performed;  Accurate Completion Of The Diagnostic Card. Repair:  Carrying Out The Repair In Accordance With The Diagnostic Card;  Performing Repairs Enabling Further Operation (Including Replacement Of Worn Parts And Working Elements); Checking The Correctness And Safety Of Operation Of The Equipment/Device After Removing The Failure (Repair); Marking Of Devices Containing Controlled Substances In Accordance With The Act Of May 15, 2015 (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1951) On Substances That Deplete The Ozone Layer And On Certain Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases And Implementing Acts, If Not Marked - Applies To The Equipment; Making Entries In Evidence Of The Device (Allowing Further Operation Or Qualifying The Equipment For Decommissioning).
