The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Diagnostics And Repair Of Catering And Refrigeration Equipment, In Accordance With The Requirements In Quantities And On The Terms Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Specified By The Ordering Party In The Order Documentation. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Service Of Diagnostics And Repair Of Catering And Refrigeration Equipment, In Accordance With The List Of Equipment/Devices - Constituting An Annex To The Order Documentation. Diagnostics: Determining The Causes Of The Failure; Diagnosing Whether The Equipment/Device Is Suitable For Further Operation;  Indication Of The Scope Of The Repair, Preparation Of A Cost Estimate (Valuation) With Detailed Costs And Valuation Of Specific Parts To Be Repaired Along With The Catalog Numbers Of The Parts;  Specifying The Number Of Hours Needed To Complete The Repair;  Accurate Completion Of The Diagnostic Card (Waiting Time For The Service (Repair), Including Waiting Time For Parts; Repair:  Carrying Out The Repair In Accordance With The Malfunctions Indicated During The Diagnostics;  Performing Repairs Enabling Further Operation (Including Replacement Of Worn Parts And Working Elements); Checking The Correctness And Safety Of Operation Of The Equipment/Device After Removing The Failure (Repair); Marking Of Devices Containing Controlled Substances In Accordance With The Act Of May 15, 2015 (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1951) On Substances That Deplete The Ozone Layer And On Certain Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases And Implementing Acts, If Not Are Marked - Applies To Refrigeration Equipment Supplementation Of The Service Performance Report - (Signatures Of The User And The Contractor) Training Of Staff In Operation; Making Entries In The Device Certificates (Allowing For Further Operation Or Qualifying The Equipment For Decommissioning). Minor Repairs To The Equipment Are Obliged To Be Performed By The Contractor At The Place Of Use Of The Equipment/Devices. The Ordering Party Allows For Repairs To Be Carried Out Using The Contractors Workshop Base If The Repair Cannot Be Performed At The Place Of Use After Preparation Of A Protocol For The Transfer Of Equipment/Devices For Diagnostics/Repair.
