1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Dismantling Of An Artificially Frozen Ice Rink Along With The Equipment. (The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Installation Of A Synthetic Ice Rink Made Of Polyethylene Plates). 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Transport, B) Preparation And Leveling Of The Subfloor For The Ice Rink, Including Measuring Slopes, Making Possible Leveling And Leveling Pads, C) Securing The Subfloor By Laying Down An Insulating Layer, D) Laying Out And Filling The Cooling System, E) Installation Of Bands, F) Delivery And Connection Of The Refrigeration Unit, G) Start-Up Of The Ice Rink And Construction Of The Sheets, H) Training Of The Staff In The Proper Operation Ice Rink,I) 24/7 Troubleshooting, J) Ice Rink Equipment,K) Dismantling Of The Ice Rink.3.The Ice Rink Will Be Located In The Green Area Next To The Świdnik City Hall Building, At Ul. Stanisława Wyspiańskiego 27 In Świdnik. It Will Be A Facility Intended For Recreational Skating. 4. Ice Rink With Dimensions Of 600 M2 - 20 M X 30 M, Located On A Grassy Area.5.The Ice Rink Will Be Installed No Later Than December 1, 2026, And May Be Launched No Later Than December 6, 2026.6.The Ice Rink Will Be Dismantled No Later Than March 15, 2027. 7. The Ordering Party Will Cover The Costs Related To The Consumption Of Electricity And Water For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Ice Rink. 8.
