The Order Includes Comprehensive Provision Of Renovation And Cleaning Services As Part Of The Project Titled: Close To People - Creation Of The Social Services Center In Skalbmierz As A Tool Of Modern Social Assistance.1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of 121 Services (Corresponding To Approximately 121 People, With The Reservation That One Person May Use Several Or A Dozen Or So Renovation And Cleaning Services) In Each Milestone - A Total Of 363 Services. The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Renovation And Cleaning Services Provided At The Place Of Residence Of The Project Participants Indicated By The Ordering Party, Along With The Provision And Delivery Of The Necessary Cleaning Products, Hygiene Materials And Small Renovation And Operating Materials.2) Scope: Support For Approximately 121 People (121 Project Participants, Hereinafter Referred To As: Up) In Each Milestone (Up Are Older People And Disabled People) With Emphasizing That One Elderly Person Or A Disabled Person May Use Several Or A Dozen Or So Renovation And Cleaning Services. 3) Program: Minor Maintenance Repairs: Services Addressed To Lonely, Elderly And Disabled People, Including Help With Minor Home Defects That Do Not Require Immediate Intervention Or Specialist Qualifications. 4) Total Period Of Service Coverage: From Signing The Contract To March 31, 2029 In Three Time Frames: - From Signing The Contract To September 30, 2027 - 121 Services (Renovation And Cleaning Services For Approx. 121 People) - From October 1, 2026 To July 31, 2028 - 121 Services (Renovation And Cleaning Services For Approx. 121 People) - From August 1, 2027 To March 31, 2029 - 121 Services (Renovation And Cleaning Services For Approx. 121 People) Total: 363 Services.
