1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Equipment And Special Equipment For The Civil Defense Warehouse, Ul. Szczebrzeska 13 A In Zamość.2. The Order Is Divided Into Five Parts Of The Order. Part 1 Of The Order - Delivery Of Flood Protection Equipment And Equipment.3. A Detailed List And Specification Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Order.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Purchase And Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, 2) Arrangement Of The Subject Of The Order In The Indicated Place, 3) Granting A Warranty For The Equipment, Providing Warranty Service And Providing Technical Service, 4) Repairing Damage Caused During The Execution Of The Order At Its Own Expense, 5) Providing Operating Instructions For The Equipment, Approvals, Certificates, Warranty Cards, Operating And Maintenance Conditions - Appropriate To The Given Equipment - If They Are Required And Necessary For Proper Use.5. Detailed Conditions And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annexes No. 4.1 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Order And In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Contract.6. The Destination Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Premises Of The Civil Defense Warehouse At Ul. Szczebrzeska 13 A In Zamość.7. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Delivery Will Take Place Within A Closed Facility In Rooms Designated By The User Of The Facility, I.E. The Zamość City Hall, At The Time Agreed With The User And The Ordering Party.8. All Equipment And Fittings Included In The Subject Of The Order Will Be Brand New, Will Come From The Latest Production Line, Unused, Not Displayed At Exhibitions Or Fair Events, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete, Free From Defects, Will Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Polish Law And European Union Law, Will Be Admitted To Commercial Circulation, And Will Also Meet The Requirements Of Polish Standards Or Equivalent European Standards, If Any.9. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months For The Delivered Equipment, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Delivery Acceptance Protocol.10. The Costs Of Loading, Transport And Unloading The Delivery At The Destination, As Well As Assembly Costs In The Event That Assembly By The Contractor Is A Condition For Obtaining A Warranty For The Purchased Equipment, Will Be Charged To The Contractor As Part Of The Price For The Execution Of The Order.11. The Ordering Party Requires That The Manufacturer And/Or Model Of The Equipment And Equipment Offered For A Given Part Of The Order Be Indicated In The Offer Form (According To The Template Specified In Annex No. 1.1.). Failure To Indicate The Manufacturer And/Or Model Of The Offered Equipment And Equipment In The Offer Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law
