The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment And Commissioning Of The Sound System In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.1) The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Determined By: - ​​Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 - Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 82) The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1.Delivery And Installation Of All Devices Necessary To Launch The System, Including Devices Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Contractors Offer. Devices With Software Should Have Current Software Versions (Firmware And Software); 2. Performing The Necessary System Cabling. The Facility Has Permanent Installations And Connections For The Sound System. This Order Includes The Execution Of The Remaining Cabling, I.E. Cables Connecting Devices With Connections, Mobile Cabling, Delivery And Assembly Of A Telecommunications Cabinet For Devices, Termination Of Cable Lines In The Telecommunications Cabinet And Cabling Connecting Individual Devices; 3. Delivery And Installation Of An Electrical Switchboard For The Needs Of The Circuits Supplying The Sockets In The Connections And Powering The Telecommunications Cabinet With Devices; 4. Starting The Systems, Including Programming Individual Devices And Tuning The Sound Systems; 5. Instruction Of The Ordering Partys Designated Employees In The Use Of The System 6. Development And Delivery Of As-Built Documentation All Devices And Equipment Elements Included In The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Unused And Must Come From Current Series Production. All Offered Devices Must Meet The Safety Requirements Resulting From Applicable Polish And European Union Law And Have The Required Approvals, Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity And Other Documents Authorizing Their Use. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Complete, Fully Functional System With All Devices, Accessories, Mounting Elements, Cabling And Other Components Necessary For Its Proper Operation, Even If They Are Not Indicated Directly In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The List Of Devices Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Illustrative And Specifies The Main Elements Of The System. The Contractor Is Responsible For Selecting And Delivering All Components Necessary To Achieve The Required Functionality. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Instructions For Use, Operation And Maintenance Of All Delivered Devices In Polish, In Paper Or Electronic Form. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: – Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz; – Draft Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
