Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering And Restaurant Services For The Faculty Of Architecture Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology As Part Of Organized Meetings Related To: Guest Visits, Seminars, Conferences And Occasional Refreshments During The Term Of The Contract. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Provide Services For Projects Financed By The European Union And International Projects.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 4 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks. 6. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In Its Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 7. The Ordering Party Shall Specify In The Contract Notice Or Service Procurement Documents The Requirements Related To The Performance Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended)8. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Or The Subcontractor Nominated By Him Will Constantly Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Working Hours Adequate To The Entrusted Tasks, Persons Performing The Following Activities: Preparing Meals.9. The Requirements Are Specified In Annex 3 (Contract Template).10. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of A Basic Order And An Option Order, In The Amount Of Up To 50% Of The Basic Order.11. Orders Under The Option Right Will Be Fulfilled On The Same Terms And Conditions As The Basic Order, At The Prices Of The Basic Order. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right At One Time For The Entire Value Of The Optional Order Or In Several Parts. If The Option Is Implemented In Several Parts, The Ordering Party Will Submit Subsequent Orders To The Contractor Until The Value Of The Optional Order Is Exhausted.12. Due To The Need To Coordinate Restaurant Services With Organized Events, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Premises Close To The Campus Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology, Where Restaurant Services Will Be Provided.
