Tenders Are Invited For Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Chlewiska Commune

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Task Entitled: Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Area Of The Chlewiska Commune, Consisting In The Provision Of Services: Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Located In The Chlewiska Commune, In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, As Well As Collection And Management Of Waste. From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Chlewiska. The Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz.2. The Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Swz, Opz And The Draft Contract, Which Documents Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz For This Procedure. A) The Ordering Party Also Informs That The Swz With Annexes, Opz And The Draft Contract Are An Integral Part Of The Procedure, Therefore, When Pricing And Submitting An Offer In This Procedure, The Contractor Must Take Into Account All The Requirements Presented In These Documents. B) It Should Be Mentioned That The Weight Value Of Individual Waste Fractions Presented In The Opz And The Offer Form Is The Value Estimated, Calculated As The Average Amount Of Waste Collected In The Chlewiska Commune In The Last Year. C) When Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Must Take Into Account That He May Collect More Waste Than Estimated, As Well As Less, Therefore Any Claims For A Reduction In Remuneration Due To Collecting Less Waste Will Be Groundless. This Also Applies To Reducing The Amount Of Waste Due To The Deposit System For Returning Bottles Introduced In Poland From 2025. D) After Selecting The Offer, The Ordering Party Will Provide Information About Properties With Difficult Access. E) The Contractor Will Carry Out The Order Using At Least Two Waste-Collecting Trucks, One Of Which Will Meet The Minimum Euro 5 Exhaust Emission Standard, And The Other Waste Collection Truck Will Meet The Euro 6 Exhaust Emission Standard. F) The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Waste On Each Day Weigh The Car Before Entering A Given Area And Weigh The Car After Collecting Waste From A Given Area On A Scale Indicated By The Ordering Party, In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Representative. Location Of The Scale: Chlewiska Ul. Czachowskiego 73G) Installation To Which Waste May Be Disposed: 1. Waste Collected From Property Owners In The Chlewiska Commune, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Manage In Accordance With Currently Applicable Law; 2. In The Case Of Waste Fractions Selectively Collected As Part Of Waste Management, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer Them To The Recovery And Disposal Installation, In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Referred To In Art. 17 And 18 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste. 3.
