The Subject Of The Order Are Periodic Deliveries Of Coal - Peas (Hereinafter Referred To As Peas) Intended For Boilers With An Automatic Feeder For The Borówek Social Welfare Home, Factory Packed In Plastic Bags With A Capacity Of 20 - 25 Kg Net, Delivered On Pallets, In A Total Maximum Quantity Of 160 Tons In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To April 30, 2027.2.Requirements For The Supplied Peas: 1) Quality Parameters: - Calorific Value In Working Condition (Marked As Qri): From Min. 27,000 Kj/Kg To >=29,000 Kj/Kg - Sulfur Content: ≤ 0.6% - Ash Content: ≤ 5% - Grain Size: 5-25 Mm - Humidity: 5-12% - Sintering Ability: Max. 10-25 - Peas Must Be Free From Contamination, Oversize And Undersize.2) Packaging:A) Peas Must Be Delivered In Original, Factory-Sealed Plastic Bags With A Capacity Of 20 - 25 Kg Net, Placed On Pallets. B) Plastic Bags Must Be Tight, Resistant To Moisture And Mechanical Damage, And Have A Label Containing: Product Name, Name Of The Packer/Manufacturer, Quality Parameters And Packing Date. 3) Transport And Unloading: A) Fuel Will Be Delivered On Pallets Secured With Stretch Foil. B) Unloading Takes Place Using An Hds Crane Directly From The Contractors Transport Vehicle.
