The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Medical Furniture With Equipment (Rehabilitation Beds, Mattresses And Bedside Cabinets - Hereinafter Referred To As The Goods) For The Needs Of The Municipal Social Services Center In Wrocław.2.The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By The Codes: Cpv 33190000-8 Various Medical Devices And Products; 3319100-3 Beds For Medical Use, Cpv 33192300-5 Medical Furniture.3.The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery And Assembly Of Rehabilitation Beds With Mattresses And Bedside Cabinets For The Needs Of The Social Welfare Home At Ul. Kapalenicza 8 In Wrocław;2) Delivery And Assembly Of Rehabilitation Beds With Mattresses For The Social Welfare Home At Ul. Mączna 3 In Wrocław;3) Order Covered By Option Law (Not Guaranteed) Delivery And Assembly Of Rehabilitation Beds With Mattresses And Bedside Cabinets For The Needs Of Dps Karmelkowa, Social Welfare Home At Ul. Karmelkowa 25 In Wrocław.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A List Of The Assortment (Including The Assortment Under The Option Right) Can Be Found In The Price Calculation (Appendices No. 2) And In The Draft Agreement Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz.5.The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of The Option Right, Which Will Consist In The Additional Delivery And Assembly Of Rehabilitation Beds With Mattresses In A Maximum Number Of 34 Pieces And Bedside Cabinets In A Maximum Number Of 6 Pieces, Under The Conditions Specified In The Price Calculation.6.Activating The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Compensation Or Financial Claim If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right (In Whole Or In Part).7.In Order To Activate The Option Right, The Ordering Party Will Each Time Submit To The Contractor, In Writing Or Electronically To The E-Mail Address, A Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right To A Specified Extent.8.The Contractor Is Obliged To Fully Perform The Delivery Within The Scope Covered By The Activated Option Right Within 30 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Declaration Referred To In The Above Paragraph.9.The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Locations Of The Municipal Social Services Center In Wrocław Indicated In The Price Calculation, Appropriate For A Given Part Of The Order, At The Contractors Expense And Risk. 10. Delivery And Assembly Will Take Place On Working Days From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., Unless The Possibility Of Carrying Them Out At Other Times Results From The Written Consent Of The Ordering Party, Which The Contractor Will Apply For On Its Own.11.The Contractor Will Bring And Install Beds With Mattresses And Cabinets To The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party.
