1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Transport Of Disabled Children To Kindergartens, Special Schools And Educational Centers And Their Return After Classes To Their Places Of Residence, Along With Providing Care During Transport, On Days When Classes Are Conducted In The School Year 2026/2027.2.The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set For The Period: In Part 1 - From November 16, 2026 To June 30, 2027. The Contractor Will Provide The Transport Service: In Part 1 For 13 Children, Including: A) 3 Routes, 3 Motor Vehicles - For 13 Children, To Non-Farm Institutions (Locations Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Opz): On All School Days, In Accordance With The School Year Calendar 2026/2027, For 151 Days, Starting From November 16, 2026, To June 30, 2027. 3. The Transport Of Children Should Be Carried Out By A Vehicle Or Motor Vehicles Adapted To The Transport Of Disabled Persons And Adapted To The Number Of Children Transported On A Given Route. 4. Each Vehicle For Transporting Disabled Children Should: 1) Have External Markings Required By Law; 2) Be Adapted To Transport Children Appropriate To Their Age And Degree Of Disability; 3) At Least 2 Vehicles Should Be Adapted To Transport People In A Wheelchair, Equipped With A Lift-Lift, Belts Securing The Stroller And Belts Securing The Child In The Wheelchair; 4) The Means Of Transport Must Meet The Appropriate Transport Standard, Which Should Be Understood As: No Fuel Vapors Inside The Vehicle, Clean Interior, The Number Of People Transported In Accordance With Specific Technical Standards For A Given Type Of Vehicle, Additionally Equipped With Air Conditioning, Full Technical Efficiency Of The Means Of Transport And Adapted To Transport People Disabled (Wheelchair Approval), The Technical Condition Of The Contractors Vehicles Should Be In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; 5) In Winter, The Vehicle Transporting Students Must Be Heated, And The Entrance Steps To The Vehicle Must Not Be Covered With Ice Or Be Slippery. Particular Attention Should Be Paid When Entering, Exiting And Moving Students To Ensure Safety; 6) Ensuring Trouble-Free Telephone Contact Between The Contractor (Guardian And Driver) And The Childs Parents. 7) Ensure The Possibility Of Simultaneous Transport Of: A) Driver; B) All Disabled Children Transported On A Given Route; C) A Person Taking Care Of Children (The Guardian Is Provided By The Contractor), - Taking Into Account The Specific Nature Of Transporting Disabled People (The List Of Transport Locations For Disabled Children Divided Into Routes Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order).
