The Subject Of The Order Is The Cleaning Service Of The Internal Rooms And External Areas Of The District Court And District Prosecutors Office In Mińsk Mazowiecki, Performed Thoroughly, Efficiently And On Time, Using Materials And Agents Safe For People And Non-Destructive To The Rooms, Their Equipment And Decor. The Scope Includes Cleaning Of Internal Rooms With An Area Of ​​3,714.05 M² At Ul. Stefana Okrzei 14, Generally At 16:00–20:00, And Daily Service From 08:00–16:00; Maintenance Of External Areas With An Area Of ​​1,910.00 M² At Ul. Okrzei 14 At 07:00–11:00 And 2,466 M² At Ul. Wyszyńskiego 15/17 At 06:00–07:00, On Working Days, With The Frequencies Specified In The Opz. The Works Include Cleaning Activities, Maintenance Of Greenery, Snow Removal And Ice Removal, As Well As Monthly Cleaning Of 7 Drains Draining Water From The Roof. The Order Also Includes Double-Sided Washing Of Windows, Frames And Window Sills, As Well As Two Glass Roofs, Twice A Year. The One-Sided Area Of ​​The Windows Is 665.00 M², And The Roof Area Is 22.95 M². Washing Windows With An Area Of ​​51.00 M² Requires Specialized Techniques. The Contractor Provides Its Own Equipment, Cleaning Products, Hygiene Products And Other Materials Required In The Opz. The Staff Is 7 People: 1 Day Service Person, 1 Person For External Areas And 5 People Who Clean The Interior Outside The Courts Opening Hours. Additionally, A Coordinator Is Required Who Cannot Perform Cleaning Services At The Same Time. The Required Staff Is Separate From The Participation Condition Of Having At Least 6 People.
