1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Sound And Lighting Equipment To The Municipal And Commune Cultural Center In Łochów To The Following Address: Ul. 1 Maja 24, 07-130 Łochów. The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of All Devices In Accordance With The Specifications Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2) Start-Up Of The Sound System And Tuning.3) Training Of Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Use Of The System.4) Technical Support In The Amount Of Not Less Than 1 Concert/Performance - After Completion Of The Subject Of The Order.2. All Devices Included In The System Offered By The Contractor Must Meet The Safety Requirements Specified In Polish And Eu Law, Approved For Use, Confirmed By Appropriate Approvals And Certificates.3. Devices With Software Should Have Current (Latest, Stable) Versions Of Software (Firmware And Software).4. All Devices Offered Should Be New And From Mass Production. It Is Not Allowed To Use Assembly Devices And Accessories Manufactured By The Contractor As A Workshop Product (Does Not Apply To Signal Connections, Connection Boards And Panels, Transport Boxes, Assembly Elements).
