Scope Of The Order: 1.Swivel Chair (Minimum Parameters As Specified In Annex 4 To Swz) - 18 Pcs.2.School Chair (Minimum Parameters As Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz) - 32 Pcs.3.White School Board (Minimum Parameters As Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz) - 1 Pc.4.Desk Container (Minimum Parameters As Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz) - 2 Pcs. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. If The Swz Includes The Names Of Manufacturers, Products Or Solutions, Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Of Manufacturing Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials, Devices, Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical And Quality Parameters, Utility And Operational Properties, Provided That They Ensure That Parameters Are No Worse (The Same As Those Described In The Swz Or Better) Than Those Assumed In The Annexes To The Swz. The Minimum Warranty Period For The Furniture Offered Cannot Be Shorter Than 24 Months (If A Shorter Period Is Offered, The Offer Will Be Rejected In Accordance With Article 226(1)(5) Of The Public Procurement Law Because Its Content Will Be Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order). The Deadline For Removing Defects Is 14 Days.
