Nicolaus Copernicus University In Toruń, Together With The Necessary Technical Studies, Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Permits, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Substantive Support For The Ordering Party During The Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works And Exercising Authors Supervision, On The Terms Specified In The Contract. The Ordering Party Envisages Invalidation Of The Proceedings If The Public Funds It Intended To Allocate To Finance The Contract In Full Were Not Provided To It.
