Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Living In The Kobylin-Borzem Commune And Full Operation And Maintenance Of Pszok In Makowo1.The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Municipality Of Kobylin-Borzymy And Operating And Operating The Full Scope Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Town Makowo In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027. B) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery Using Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025 Item 733, As Amended), Including Regulations Issued Pursuant To This Act. Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Collect Waste From Containers And Collect Waste Collected Separately In Bags And Containers From Individual Towns In The Kobylin-Borzem Commune.
