Delivery Terms: 2.1. Deliveries Will Be Made In Batches, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Transport Of The Goods To The Destination And Unloading At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Refuse To Accept The Delivered Goods If There Are Any Irregularities As To The Quality, Shelf Life Of A Given Product, Or If It Is Transported In Unsuitable Conditions. If The Supplier Does Not Agree With The Reservations, The Goods Will Be Tested At The State District Sanitary Inspectorate. The Tests Will Be Performed At The Contractors Expense.3.7.
