Tenders are invited for Garden and Janitorial Service (Minimum 15 Workers Required) Bid Security (Rs.): 10,000 3. A complete set of Bidding documents (except item No. 8) can be obtained from the Administrative Division on submission of a written application to the office mentioned above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000/- from 16.10.2026 to 04.11.2026 from 9.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. on working days. Bid documents can be inspected free of charge during office hours. Self prepared bidding document is accepted for item No. 8. 4. Sealed Bids shall be delivered to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, National Institute of Fundamental Studies before 14.00 hrs. on 05.11.2026 or can be deposited in the Tender Box No. 02 kept at the Directors Committee Room. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at the Directors Committee Room, National Institute of Fundamental Studies, Hantana Road, Kandy at 14.00 hrs. on 05.11.2026 in the presence of the representatives of the bidders who are interested in participating at the occasion. 5. Bidders shall enclose the original and the copy of the Bid in separate sealed envelopes, duly marked in the envelopes as ORIGINAL and DUPLICATE. These envelopes containing the original and the copy shall then be enclosed in one single envelope with relevant name of the contract at top left corner.
