Request for proposals for Procurement of Owners Engineer Services for the Development of the 4.5mw Wovwe Hydropower Extension Project, Karonga District, Malawi Interested firms should demonstrate, among others: At least fifteen (15) years of hydropower engineering experience. Successful completion of a minimum of three (3) hydropower Owners Engineer assignments. Experience on at least two (2) EPC hydropower projects above 3MW. Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa. Proven capability in hydropower civil, mechanical and electrical engineering services. 4. The bids shall be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act of 2025. 5.
