The contractor shall submit a survey report and complete the attached Rental Market Survey Schedule Sheet as a summary of the report. Residential Properties The survey shall cover residential properties in the following areas: Maitama Maitama II Wuse II Katampe Katampe Extension Jabi Durumi (near the American International School) The survey shall include the following residential property types: 3-bedroom apartment, townhome, and detached house 4-bedroom apartment, townhome, and detached house 5-bedroom townhome and detached house 6-bedroom townhome and detached house All residential properties surveyed must have good water storage facilities, domestic quarters, a playground, a green area, and parking space.
