Tenders are invited for Hiring a Company to Construct AMIRs Proposed Building. Location: Kigali Deadline: Tuesday, 10/11/2026 11:00 1. Obtaining the Terms of Reference (ToRs) The detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) may be obtained from the AMIR Secretariat during official working days and hours or requested via email at [email protected], starting from 19 October 2026. The ToRs shall be issued upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 50,000, deposited into the following AMIR bank account: Account Name: AMIR-AC Account Number: 100158679797 Bank: Bank of Kigali 2. Submission of Proposals Interested construction firms are required to submit their proposals as follows: Technical Proposal: Submit by email to [email protected] no later than 9 November 2026 at 5:00 PM (Kigali Time).
