Tenders are invited for Registration of Suppliers, Service Providers, and Contractors for the Year 2027 Applications under sealed cover are invited upto 2026.11.20 from recognized suppliers, service providers, and contractors who wish to register with this Pradeshiya Sabha to supply goods, services, and undertake construction contracts mentioned in the schedule below for the year 2027, subject to the following conditions: Those who wish to register as suppliers, service providers, and contractors should prepare their applications including the details mentioned below and send them by registered post or deliver them by hand to reach "Chairman, Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha, Miriswatta, Mudungoda" on or before 2026.11.20. The top left-hand corner of the envelope containing the application should be clearly marked "Registration of Suppliers, Service Providers, and Contractors 2027". I. Name and address of Goods / Services Suppliers and Contractors II. Telephone / Fax Number, Email Address III. Number and Name of the supply / service sought for registration (according to the schedule) IV. Details of credit facilities (Credit amount and period) V. Business trade name and address VI. Business Registration Number (A copy of the Business Registration Certificate must be attached) VII. Details regarding past experience VIII. Details regarding registration in the field of construction and repairs (A copy of the relevant certificate must be attached) Separate applications must be submitted for each supply and service. The schedule of expected supplies & services and the specimen application form can be downloaded from the website www.gampaha.ps.gov.lk. The registration fee specified in the schedule can be paid in cash or by a cheque drawn in favor of "Chairman, Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha". (Money orders will not be accepted for this purpose). Those who wish to register as contractors must prove their eligibility with written documentary evidence.
