Expression of Interest for Developing Secondary Legislation for the Law on Crop and Warehouse Receipts in Albania IFC seeks to engage an experienced legal and regulatory consulting firm to provide technical legal and regulatory advisory support to the Government of Albania in developing the secondary legislation required to implement Law On commercial receipts over agricultural products. The assignment will include legal analysis, technical recommendations, comparative inputs, drafting inputs, and practical implementation guidance on the required secondary legislation and related legislative alignment. The firm will also support stakeholder consultations and the Government review and adoption process by preparing technical materials, participating in discussions, addressing comments, and updating recommendations and drafting inputs as needed. Formal drafting, submission, approval, and adoption of the secondary legislation will remain the responsibility of the Government of Albania and relevant state authorities.
