Tenders are invited for Repairing and Servicing of Medical and Surgical Equipment / Laboratory Equipment / Dental Medical Equipment and Dental Surgical Equipment ii. Self-prepared applications as per the specimen given below may either be sent by registered post addressed to Chairman, Regional Procurement Board, General Hospital, Peradeniya or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the office of the Accountant of this hospital along with a true copy of the Business Registration Certificate and the receipt obtained upon payment of the non-refundable registration fee, to be received before 10:30 a.m. on 06.11.2026. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. iii. A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1,000.00 should be paid to the Shroff Division of this hospital for each item between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on any working day, and the receipt obtained should be attached to the application. Alternatively, the amount can be credited to Account No. 057 1001 2903207 Peoples Bank, Peradeniya Branch, and the copy of the receipt obtained should be submitted with the application. On this receipt, the name of the institution and the item should be clearly mentioned. Money should not be deposited via ATM machines. Cheques and money orders will not be accepted. Government institutions are exempted from the registration fee. iv. Separate applications should be submitted if applying for more than one category of items, and a true copy of the Business Registration Certificate and a copy of the receipt obtained upon payment of the registration fee should be attached to each application. All applications should be sent under one cover. If registration is sought for more than one category of items in one application, steps will be taken to register only the item indicated first. v.
