Construction And Installation Works (Ongoing Renovation) In The Building Of The Courthouse, Located At 57 Aleksandrovska St. In The City Of Ruse In Four Separate Positions:Separate Item No. 1 Repair Of Ceilings Of: Offices No. 16, 18, 36, 38 And 39, Rooms Located On The Ceiling - Financial And Accounting Archive, Room 5, Archive 2, Archive 3, As Well As The Corridor (Partially) And Vestibule On The Ceiling;Separate Item No. 2 Repair Of Drainage Pipes Of The Court Building;Separate Item No. 3 Repair Of The Lightning Protection And Grounding Installation Of The Court Building;Separate Item No. 4 Replacement Of 2 Windows In The Corridor To The Basement.According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Item Does Not Exceed Eur 511,291.88 For Construction And The Total Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order.For Individual Items No. 3 And No. 4, Both Conditions Are Met - The Estimated Value Of Individual Item No. 3 Is Eur 1,040.83 Without Vat And Of Individual Item No. 4 Is Eur 1,150 Without Vat And The Value Of The Items Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Current Order, Therefore Individual Items No. 3 And No. 4 Will Be Awarded In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
