Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Work Clothing Including Laundry Service For The University Catering

The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Framework Agreement With A Company To Supply The University Catering Operations Of The Munich Upper Bavaria Student Union With Work Clothing In A Rental Model, Including Laundry Service. The Service Includes The Takeover Of The Existing Clothing Inventory, The Provision And Replacement Of Clothing As Well As Cleaning, Maintenance, Labeling, Regular Collection And Delivery Including Closet Specialist Service. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For 4 Years. The Performance Period Begins On March 15, 2027 And Ends On March 14, 2031 At The Latest. The Maximum Value Is 1,810,000 Euros Net. If This Maximum Value Is Reached, The Framework Agreement Ends Before The End Of The Agreed Term. A Minimum Purchase Is Not Guaranteed.
