The City Of Salo (Hereafter The Procurement Unit / Customer) Requests Bids For The Procurement Of The Renovation Of The Tupur School And Kindergarten As A Complete Contract In Accordance With This Request For Bids And The Attached Contract Documents And Plans. The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Renovated Tupuri School And Daycare Located At Taimistokatu 1. The Contract Form Is A Total Contract. The Contract Performance Includes All The Work, Materials, Purchases And Obligations Presented In The Sites Plan Documents, Unless Otherwise Stated In The Plans. The Contractor Must Take Into Account In His Offer That The Contract Will Be Implemented In Three Phases And During The Contract The School And Daycare Center Will Operate In The Building And In The Yard. The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Costs Arising From The Coordination Due To The Nature Of The Contract, As Well As Phasing And Securing The Schools Operations. The Contract Format Supports The Efficient Management Of The Project And The Management Of Schedule, Costs And Quality. Occupational Safety, Construction Site Logistics, User Safety And Uninterrupted Teaching And Early Childhood Education Are Key Success Factors Of The Project. The Project Must Be Completed In Stages As Follows. The Construction Work Must Be Completed And Received In Stages (Interiors), And The Commissioning Review Of The Building Control For The Phase Completed: • Construction Work Phase 1. (Kindergarten) 22.12.2027 • Construction Work Phase 2. (School, Old Part) 22.12.2028 • Construction Work Phase 3. (School New Part) 1.8.2029 • Renovation Work For The School Kitchen Must Be Done Between 1.6 And 15.8 2028. Intermediate Goals For Yard Work: • Escort Traffic Area And Kindergarten Playground Completed And Received 31.7.2027 Complete Contract With Facade, Water Roof And Yard Work Completed And Received 3.12.2029.
