As The Client (Ag), The Federal Real Estate Agency (Bima) Intends To Build A New Administration Building For Ministerial Purposes On The “Postblock Nord” (= Pbn) Property On Wilhelmstrasse/Leipziger Strasse In The Mitte District Of Berlin. A Ministerial Building And A Residential Building Are To Be Built On The Adjacent Property “Postblock Süd” (= Pbs). The Postblockareal Is An Urban Area In Berlin That Is Bordered By Wilhelmstrasse, Leipzigerstrasse, Mauerstrasse And Zimmerstrasse. The Total Area Is In The Area Of ​​The “Capital Berlin – Parliament And Government District” Development Measure. It Is One Of The Last Major Development Potentials For The Federal Government In Berlin-Mitte. The Conception And Preparation Phase Has Been Completed And The Process Is Now In The Participation Competition Phase. As Things Currently Stand, The Ppp Contractor Is Scheduled To Be Appointed At The End Of 2027. The Pbs Project Is Currently In Draft Planning. The Subject Of The Present Procurement Procedure Is The Awarding Of Services Relating To The “Construction Noise Report And Monitoring” Service In Connection With The Implementation Of The Two Federal Projects On The Post-Block Area, Specifically Consisting Of The Services Of Construction Noise Report With Construction Noise Forecast, Recording The Existing Situation, Noise Reduction Measures And Monitoring Of Construction Work. The Services Covered By The Order Are Accessed By The Client On A Project-Related Basis And At Staggered Times. The Reason For This Separation Is The Time Lead And The Data Situation (Construction Process) Of The Pbn Project That Started Earlier. The Noise Protection Measures Must Be Designed For The Construction Phases Of Both Projects In Order To Achieve The Greatest Possible Noise-Reducing Effect.
