The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply, Consumption And Distribution Of Electricity For The City Of Martin - Combined Electricity Supply, Consumption Of Surpluses From Electricity Production Facilities, Provision Of Electricity Distribution And Assumption Of Responsibility For Deviations From Act No. 251/2012 Coll. On Energy And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Act), Act No. 250/2012 Coll. On Regulation In Network Sectors And Other Generally Binding Legal Regulations Relating To The Field Of Electric Power (Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Energy Regulations), Namely To The Collection Points Listed In Appendix No. 1 Tender Documents. The Supply Of Electricity Must Correspond To The Technical Conditions And Operating Procedures Of The Distribution Network Operator And Must Be In Accordance With The Current Legislation Of The Slovak Republic (Act No. 251/2012 Coll. On Energy, Úrso Decree No. 24/2013, As Amended, And Government Regulation No. 317/2007, As Amended).
