The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Comprehensive Services In The Field Of Creation And Production Of Advertising Materials, Cooperation With Influencers And Others, Aimed At Promoting Nask-Pib Activities, Based On The Framework Agreement Concluded With More Than One Contractor, I.E. With 3 Contractors Who Submitted The Most Advantageous Offers Based On The Offer Evaluation Criteria Specified In The Contract Notice And Order Documents. The Ordering Party Will Conduct Social, Information And Educational Campaigns Aimed At Informing Specific Groups Of Recipients About Ongoing Projects In The Field Of, Among Others: Cybersecurity, Disinformation, Science And Research, .Pl Domain, Digital Education, New Technologies And Others. 2. Pursuant To Art. 314 Section 1 Point 3) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement With More Than One Contractor, I.E. With 3 (Three) Contractors Who Submitted Offers That Were Not Subject To Rejection And Their Offers Were Considered The Most Advantageous. 3. The Ordering Party Will Award Executive Orders (Detailed) On The Terms Of The Order Specified In The Template Of The Framework Agreement. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Implementation Of The Subject Matter Of The Framework Agreements Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. In The Event Of Failure To Complete All Or Part Of The Subject Matter Of A Given Framework Agreement, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party. 6. The Detailed Scope Of The Executive Order And All Conditions For The Execution Of The Executive Order Are Specified In The Template Of The Framework Agreement. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Items 20 And 252), Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security, 2) An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Or An Ict Service, Or An Ict Process, Specified In This Decision. If The Contractor Offers The Solution Referred To In Point 1) Or 2) Above, The Offer Will Be Subject To Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17) Or Point 19) Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. Deadline For Order Completion: 1) The Ordering Party Will Conclude Framework Agreements For A Period Of 30 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement Or From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement Until The Budget Amount Indicated In § 9 Section Is Exhausted. 1 Of The Framework Agreement, Depending On Which Event Occurs First. 2) The Framework Agreement Will Be Automatically Extended By 6 Months If, Within The Deadline Specified In Section 1, The Funds Referred To In § 9 Of The Act Will Not Be Exhausted
