Within The Subsequent Contracts, The Following Will Be Requested: 1) Cadastral Document For The First Registration 2) Cadastral Document For Adhesion Or Detachment 3) Update Of Cadastral Documentation 4) Cadastral Document For Apartment/Sub-Apartment/Re-Apartment 5) Registration/Notation/Deletion Of Dismemberment/Real Rights 6) Topographical Plan Of Rated Situation 7) Plots In The Field 8) Extract From The Land Book For Information 9) Certified Copies Of Documents From The Archive 10) Preparation Of Cadastral Survey Plans For Each Level At Different Scales. A Subsequent Contract May Refer To One Or More Of The Buildings (Land With Or Without Buildings), Under The Administration Of Sector 2 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest. During The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Issue Orders For One Or More Of The Buildings, Depending On The Needs. Depending On The Case, It Is Possible That Several Of The Categories Of Documentation Listed Above May Be Requested For The Same Property. In The Case Of Cadastral Tabulation Documentation, Their Submission To Ocpi, Registration In The General Entry Register Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Ancpi Regulation, Following That After Verification And Reception, The Extract From The Cf Of Information And The Conclusion Of The Land Deed Will Be Issued To The Contracting Authority, On The Basis Of Minutes, Together With The Related Documentation. The Modification Of The Framework Agreement/Public Procurement Contract, During Its Validity Period, May Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Provided For In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And The Provisions Of Anap Instruction No. 1/2021. Given That The Award Documentation Contains Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement, As Well As Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement, These Quantities Represent Estimates Of The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Quantities Actually Purchased Will Be Established According To The Real Needs Of The Contracting Authority, Within The Limit Of The Maximum Estimated Quantities Provided In The Award Documentation, Without Supplementing Them.
