The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Supply, Assembly And Commissioning Of A New Heat Source, Heating System And Hvac In Selected Buildings On The Companys Premises In Mladá Vožice. The Public Contract Is Not Divided Into Parts. Details Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Required Technical Parameters Are Given In Appendix No. 5 (Project Documentation For The Selection Of The Contractor) And In Appendix No. 6 (List Of Dimensions). Accepted Bids Will Be Assessed For Compliance With The Required Parameters In Appendix No. 5 And 6. In The Event Of Non-Compliance, The Bid Will Be Excluded From The Procurement Process. The Conditions For The Performance Of The Public Contract (Commercial, Payment And Other), Defining The Future Framework Of The Contractual Relationship Between The Contracting Authority And The Selected Supplier, Are Regulated In Detail In Annex No. 3 Of The Invitations And Tender Documentation (Binding Model Contract For Works).
