The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Concluded And Valid Contract, I.E. The So-Called General Distribution Agreement With The Local Distribution System Operator (Hereinafter: Dso), Under Which It May Sell Electricity Through The Distribution Network Of This Dso To All Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
