General Renovation With Energy-Saving Measures Of The Town Hall Location At Münchner Straße 70- In Unterföhring And The Underground Car Park There With The Following Main Objectives: -Redesign Of The Office And Workplace Areas (Also With Regard To The Most Flexible Usage Concepts Possible) And Creation Of A Room Book That Is As Flexible As Possible; There Is Already A Spatial Concept For This That Was Originally Intended For A New Building. -Due To The Change In The General Conditions, The New Building Will Not Be Realized By The Municipality. However, The Room Concept Should Be Largely Incorporated Into The New Room Book To Be Created, As Far As This Is Possible Without Additional Costs. -There Are Currently 84 Jobs In The Building. These Are To Be Increased To At Least 90 Jobs. -Creation Of Lounges And Social Rooms For The Municipalitys Staff. -Creation Or Improvement Of Accessibility And Accessibility Of The Individual Offices.
