The Maintenance Service Of The National Archive Information System Is Being Procured. In Order To Create Conditions For The Preservation Of Materials In Electronic Form, The Ministry Of Culture And Media Implemented The Investment Improving Digital Infrastructure And Public Sector Services By Developing The National Archival Information System And Strengthening The National Archive Network (Hereinafter: Investment) Within The Framework Of The National Recovery And Resilience Plan Of The Republic Of Croatia 2021-2026. (Further: Npoo) Within Component C.2. Public Administration, Judiciary And State Property And Sub-Components C.2.2. Further Improvement Of The Efficiency Of Public Administration. As Part Of The Investment, A National Archival Information System (Hereinafter Referred To As Nais) Was Developed, The General Goal Of Which Is To Enable A Comprehensive Digital Transition In The Management Of Information And Documentation Resources In The Judiciary, Administration And Other Public Services In The Republic Of Croatia (Public Bodies And Institutions) That Can Use It So That Each Body Or Institution Uses It As Its Own Separate System, Independent And Separate From Other Users In Terms Of Managing The Content Stored In The System, Managing Users And User Rights At The Level Of The Institution, Managing Content Access Rights And Publication Content. The Published Content Is Available In The Collective Catalog For All Users Of The System Who Published The Content. The Use Of Nais Increases The Efficiency Of Work Processes In The Management Of Documentary And Archival Material For Those Who Create The Material, While For The Archival Service It Brings Better Accessibility And A Multiple Increase In The Scope Of Services Provided To Citizens And Legal Entities. Creators Of Public Documentary And Archival Material Are Enabled To Rationally And Sustainably Manage Their Material In Digital Form (Originally Digital Or Digitized), To Ensure The Availability And Better Use Of Information In Business Processes, And To Make The Information And Documentation They Create More Accessible To Other Institutions And Citizens Through The Appropriate Services Of The Public Archive Service.
