Construction-Site Supervision Services – Scheduling, Steering And Intersite Coordination (Opci) For The Redevelopment Of The Station Center Carried Out By Casgbs And The Desaturation Project Of The Sartrouville Station Carried Out By Sncf Gares & Connexions. The Contract Includes Optional Installments Defined In The Specifications. The Details Of The Missions Entrusted To The Holder Appear In The Specifications. Services Are Paid By Fixed Prices. This Mission Takes Place In A Particular Context Marked By The Concomitance Of Two Major Operations Carried Out By Two Distinct Project Owners: - The Redevelopment Operation Of The Station Center Carried Out By Casgbs; - The Operation To Desaturation Of The Passenger Building At Sartrouville Station Carried Out By Sncf Gares & Connexions. These Two Operations Have Converging Implementation Schedules, Geographically Overlapping Areas And Numerous Technical, Functional And Organizational Interfaces. They Will Be Carried Out In A Highly Constrained Environment, Characterized By The Maintenance Of Railway Operations, The Bus Station And User Traffic Throughout The Duration Of The Work. In This Context, The Mission Entrusted To The Holder Consists Of Ensuring The Coordination Of The Interfaces Between The Two Operations In Order To Guarantee Their Technical, Organizational And Temporal Compatibility, While Allowing Each Project Owner To Conduct Their Project While Respecting Their Own Objectives, Constraints And Responsibilities.
